I know we all have crazy lives and we forget to put ourselves on our own to do list.  Here are some simple beauty tips I have learned, easy things you can incorporate into your busy life that will make you feel your most beautiful!

Nettle Tea

My new favorite tea, nettle tea! At first I was not sure how this wonderful tea was going to taste, but add a little raw honey and stevia for sweetness and YUMMY! This tea has some pretty amazing health benefits.

Coconut Oil

Coconut oil, this is AMAZING for your body, both inside and out! I cook with it but I also use if for my hair and skin.  This oil helps with dry skin during this winter season.  This oil makes your hair soft and healthy without weighing it down or making it greasy!  Coconut oil can also be used as a makeup remover.  You can find coconut oil at your local grocery stores in the health isle or any health food store in your area.

Chia Seeds

Chia seeds are little black seeds with a powerful punch! These seeds you can add to your water, oatmeal or a protein shakes after your workouts! These seeds help nourish your skin by increasing the cell membrane that helps keep toxins out and keeping water and nutrients in. They also have the highest natural source of Omega-3s and they are full of protein.

Coconut Water

Coconut water is a favorite of mine. It has natural electrolytes to help replenish your bodies and keep you from dehydration. Some of my favorite coconut waters are Vita Coco and O.N.E Coconut Water.

Thayer’s Rose Petal Witch Hazel

Thayer’s Rose Petal Witch Hazel Toner with Aloe Vera.  This non-alcohol toner is amazing for your skin, especially if your skin has been dry like mine due to this crazy winter season. This toner help ease upset skin and it soothes and cleanse your skin. A wonderful, MUST have product to add to your daily skin regiment. Grapeseed Oil

Grapeseed Oil. Yes, this oil has many health benefits. It can help reduce acne, minimizes dark circles under the eyes, tightens the skin, use as a moisturizer. The antioxidants in this oils is good for your skin, it helps nourish without leaving it greasy. You can use also as a makeup remover.
